I know if I were looking for a rental cottage I would prefer to have a personal connection with the owners. Whether I'd found a home through the web, a friend, or VRBO, I might want to have a conversation and ask them questions. I imagine you might too. If you'd like to talk you can send me an email letting me know whether a phone call at a certain time, an email or a text works best for you.

RATES

We rent Little Bay House throughout the year. We can accommodate 12 people comfortably with 3 queen guest rooms, one 6 person bunk room and plenty of living space to spread out and relax or work (if you have to).

 

For the months of June, July and August we rent our home for a one week minimum. The rate for a 7 night stay is $3,850 ($550/night). It is available for a 3 night minimum at the same rate.

$225 cleaning fee

Payment can be made via Venmo, Paypal or check.

Please note, this is a pet free and smoke free home.
